Secure live device tracking, floor-plan visibility, callback monitoring, and repeater infrastructure status.
Register this URL against this client's SPARQ account (via the SPARQ app or Loka). Their device data then flows into Sightline automatically — no API key to paste.
Enter the real-world size of this floor plan in metres so device positions map onto the image correctly. Values reported by SPARQ are pre-filled when available.
If dots land mirrored or sideways, toggle these until they line up.
Use Rotate if the plan sits at an angle, and the offsets to nudge the whole set of dots into place (in metres) if their origin is shifted from the plan corner.
Sightline shows your SPARQ-tracked people and assets moving across your real floor plans, live. Here's everything you need to get going.
If dots don't sit right, click Calibrate above the plan (operators and up). Most floors need nothing, but you have full control when you do:
Everything previews live as you adjust — tweak until the dots line up, then Save. Tip: press the button on a tag to send an instant Geo Message at a known spot while you align.
Live Alerts flags: reboot, low battery, position lost, offline (a tag silent for over 2h15m) and perimeter (an asset reaching the edge of its floor). Operators and up can acknowledge an alert; new in-scope alerts also pop a toast.
| Viewer | See the map, devices, alerts and raw callbacks. |

| Admin | The above, plus the SPARQ token, inviting/removing members, setting roles and removing floors. |
| Owner | The above, plus managing owners and deleting the workspace. |
| Platform | G-Matrix staff — manage every client, all accounts, email and 2FA settings. |
Any role can be scoped to a whole client, one facility, or a single floor.

Sightline sends invites, password resets and alerts via SendGrid. Your API key is stored encrypted and never shown again in full. The From email must be a verified sender in your SendGrid account.
